Subsection 11. 1. 1 is amended to read as follows: <br /> 11.1.1 The CITY shall compensate the CONSULTANT for the <br /> Scope of Services provided, in accordance with Article'4, and <br /> . --. the other terms and conditions of this Agreement, as follows: <br /> The total fee to be paid to the CONSULTANT for services <br /> performed under Phases 1 and 2 (T) of the Project, <br /> respectively, shall not exceed $48,110 and $21,000. <br /> Reimbursable expenses to be paid to the CONSULTANT in <br /> connection with services performed under Phases 1 and 2 (T) of <br /> the Project, respectively, shall not exceed $7,934 and <br /> $2,650. <br /> 4. Subsection 11.1.3 is added to read as follows: --- <br /> <br /> 11.1.3 The CONSULTANT's fee for Phase 2 (T) services will <br /> be computed on the basis of CONSULTANT's hourly rates <br /> described in Section 11.4. <br /> , <br /> 5.
