I Lfq D <br /> <br />Amendment No.1 <br />RCC, Inc. <br />Page 5 <br /> <br /> <br />The CONSULTANT will: <br /> <br />1.7.1 (T) Establish final vendor costs for the recommended <br />approach to include as appropriate: <br /> <br />(1) equipment; <br />(2) software; <br />-'~~' (3) physical space requirements; <br />! (4) installation labor; <br />(5) spare parts inventories; <br />(6) warehousing (inventory); <br />(7) test equipment tools; <br />(8) site preparation; <br />(9) training (technical); <br />(10) training (user); <br />(11) environmental requirements; <br />(12) maintenance labor; <br />(13) warranty cost; and <br />(14) administration. <br /> <br />1.7.2 (T) Conduct an analysis of lease/purchase versus <br />outright purchase option for equipment and software, if <br />applicable. , <br /> <br />1.7.3 (T) Support and assist the CITY during contract <br />negotiations with successful vendor(s). CONSULTANT will not <br />provide legal representation, but will identify issues which <br />the CITY should address and resolve before the CITY executes <br />a contract with the successful proponent. The CITY's legal <br />staff will provide any form documents it may have for <br />contract development, and will review the terms and <br />conditions of the contract prior to execution. <br /> <br />; 1.7.4 (T) Within ten working days. of notice of the CITY's <br />selection of a vendor, the CONSULTANT will prepare for the <br />CITY's consideration a written review of the vendor's <br />standard agreements, including: <br /> <br />(1) maintenance guarantees and warranties; <br /> <br />(2) payment terms and conditions; <br /> <br />(3) unit pricing and installation terms; <br /> <br />(4) procedures for resolving implementation <br />problems, billing disputes, and repair <br />problems; and <br />
