If necessary, the ARCHITECT will implement construction cost savings measures or otherwise endeavor to limit probable construction cost to the level of available funds set by the CITY. ARTICLE 4 REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES ; 4.1 Reimbursable to be charged the CITY by the expenses are to ARCHITECT at 1.15 times the actual cost and include such things as expenses for plotting and reproduction of documents, auto travel mileage, delivery charges, long distance communications, freight, subsistence and lodging away from home, printing and binding of contract documents and similar incidentals. . . ARTICLE 5 PAYMENTS TO THE ARCHITECI' 5.1 PAYMENTS ON ACCOUNT OF BASIC SERVICES 5.1.1 Payments for Basic Services will be made to ARCHITECT monthly following receipt by CITY of ARCHITECT ',s invoices. The amounts of these invoices will be based upon the extent of work completed by the ARCHITECT within each phase of services, in accordance with Article 13, less any disputed amounts, pending resolution thereof. 5.2 PAYMENTS ON ACCOUNT OF ADDITIONAL SERVICES 5.2.1 Payments on account of the ARCHITECT's Additional Services as defined in Section 1.4 will be made monthly upon presentation of the ARCHITECT's statement of services rendered or expenses incurred, less any disput:ed amounts, pending resolution thereof. ARTICLE 6 ARCHITECI" S ACCOUNTING RECORDS 6.1 All expense records of ARCHITECT will be kept on a recognized accounting basis acceptable to the CITY and will be available to the CITY or the CITY's authorized representative at mutually convenient times. 6.2 The City will have access to any books, documents, papers and records of the ARCHITECT which are directly pertinent to this Project for the purpose of making audit, examination, copying, and transcriptions.
