Melissa Derrick, 109 Kathryn Cove, asked how the City planned to market the Leah Tract. <br />Mayor Guerrero replied that we can't do anything until legislation is changed to allow us <br />additional tools to market it, and that we were doing what we could. <br />Dianne Wassenich, 11 Tanglewood, asked about the 25 year flood event protection standards on <br />the cape's camp property. Staff addressed her question. <br />24.Adiournment <br />MOTION: Upon a motion made by Council Member Scott and a second by Council Member <br />Thomason, the City Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed, to adjourn the regular <br />meeting of the San Marcos City Council at 8:26 p.m. on December 18, 2012.
