Charles Soechting, 107 Oak Shadow, addressed the Council regarding current actions regarding <br />the Lazy Oaks Ranch Development and asked that the Council not disregard all the citizens that <br />have come to speak to them. <br />Sara Lee Underwood, 1424 Harper Dr, asked that the Council look into the reconsideration of <br />the Cape's Camp project and to postpone the Lazy Oaks Ranch Development. <br />Angie Ramirez, 612 Barbara Dr, addressed the Council regarding a recent FEMA discussion that <br />she had and stated that if the City does not follow FEMA Ordinance the City will lose several <br />grants. She stated her overall discontent with the vote of the approval of the rezoning of the <br />Cape's Camp property. <br />David Wendel, 118 E. Holland, addressed the Council and asked them to reconsider their <br />decision regarding the Cape's Camp Project. <br />Jared Lucas, 826 Waco St, addressed the Council regarding the Cape's Camp rezoning and stated <br />that he felt it was a coincidence that Cape's Road was already being widened. He asked that the <br />Council reconsider the item. <br />Jon Engel, 407 Pioneer Trail, addressed the Council regarding Lazy Oaks Ranch and thanked the <br />Council for postponing this item. He stated that this development agreement is currently not <br />acceptable as presented. <br />Bridgett Phillips, 529 Harvey St, addressed the Council regarding the Cape's Camp land and <br />stated that she would love to see this as parkland and asked that the Council reconsider the <br />rezoning of this land. <br />Ben Kvanli, 602 IH 35 N, addressed the Council regarding the Cape's Camp project and asked <br />that the Council reconsider their vote on the rezoning of this land. He continued by saying we <br />don't need a rent by the room apartment building there. <br />Tom Gleason, 334 Lee St, addressed the Council regarding the recent Cape's Camp rezoning and <br />asked that the Council please reconsider Item #22. <br />Carter Morris, 16 Greenpointe, addressed the Council regarding his support for the Council and <br />volunteers for other boards and commissions. He spoke about how lengthy the development <br />process has become. He stated that we are out of stock on residential lots west of the Interstate <br />and charged the Council with looking at the process and timelines. <br />Kevin Carswell, 132 Country Lane, Maxwell, TX, addressed the Council regarding making <br />decisions based on facts not emotions.
