<br /> c¡çrr <br /> RFP 95-009 <br /> 6. SPECIAL PROVISIONS <br /> A. CONTRACT PERIOD: The successful proponent will be awarded a <br /> five (5) year contract effective January 1, 1995 thro~gh December <br /> 31, 1999. <br /> B. REVIEW MEETING: The City requires that a review meeting be <br /> conducted at least once every six (6) months with the appropriate <br /> representatives of the City and the financial institution to <br /> evaluate the services provided by the financial institution. This <br /> meeting will be scheduled with the City and financial institution <br /> to be held at mutually convenient times and locations. <br /> C. RESPONSÈ TO RFP: Proponents are encouraged to submit concise <br /> and clear responses to this RFP. Responses of excessive length or <br /> complexity are discouraged. The City reserves the right to include <br /> the proposal or any part or parts of the selected proposal in the <br /> final contract. <br /> D. REIMBURSEMENTS: The City makes no commitment to any pròponent <br /> . <br /> of this RFP beyond consideration of the written proposal. The <br /> City will not reimburse proponents for the costs incurred in <br /> preparing proposals, presentations, etc. <br /> E. OPEN RECORDS ACT: The City of San Marcos is governed by the <br /> provisions of the Texas Open Records Act ("ORA"), Chapter 552 of <br /> the Texas Government Code. Information submitted by prospective <br /> proponents during this request for proposals process may be subject <br /> to release under the ORA. <br /> F. COST PROPOSAL: A cost proposal which must be submitted on the <br /> enclosed form will constitute an official offer to undertake the <br /> proposed work at the quoted price. All prices quoted in cost <br /> proposals will remain in effect for ninety (90) days from the date <br /> of the City's receipt of the cost proposal. <br /> G. ADVERT I S EMENT: Successful proponent is not authorized to <br /> advertise the use of the city's account without prio;L written <br /> approval from the Director of Finance. <br /> H. COMPLIANCE: Proposals will comply with the latest version of <br /> the Texas Local Government Code, Chapter 105, Depositories for <br /> Municipal Funds. <br /> 16 <br />
