A copy of the last annual financial statements along with the <br /> last two quarterly FDIC call reports. <br /> B. A list and general background of contact personnel within the <br /> proponent's operation who are qualified to provide information and <br /> assistance. <br /> C. Assurance that the proponent will work with the City <br /> representative and a description of the coordination process and <br /> sequencing'> between the proponent and the City's representative <br /> during the duration of the project. <br /> D. Information on the firm's general qualifications to perform the <br /> work including firm size, years in business and other pertinent <br /> information. <br /> Failure to address items A through D, Section 7 rn detail will be <br /> sufficient reason to eliminate a proposal from consideration. <br /> 8. PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE <br /> A mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for all <br /> prospective proponents on November 91 1994 at 10:00 a.m. at the <br /> city Hall Council Chambers, 630 E. Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas. <br /> A. Proponents will attend the pre-proposal conference and make <br /> their attendance a matter of record by completing a sign-in <br /> roster identifying the prospective proponent, name, and title <br /> of their attending representative. <br /> B. The purpose of the pre-proposal conference is to insure; <br /> 1. a clear understanding of the City's needs, <br /> 2. the accuracy of specifications, descriptions, and <br /> solicitation terms, conditions, and documents, <br /> 3. identifying any problems which might prevent obtaining <br /> the proper services at a fair and reasonable price, or <br /> 17 <br />
