The evaluation committee <br /> will evaluate the proposals based on but not limited to the <br /> following criteria: <br /> 1. Ability to perform the requested services. <br /> 2. Agreement with criteria outlined in RFP. <br /> 3. Cost of banking services. <br /> 4. Financial stability of the proponent. <br /> 5. Ability to provide sufficient collateralization. <br /> 18 <br />
