Tract No. One, for an <br />interior corner of the herein described tract; <br /> <br />THENCE leaving the Carson to Scrutchin Properties, Inc. <br />tract with th~ apparent southwest line of the Rhew to <br />Scrutchin Properties, Inc. Tract No. One/ and the <br />gradient boundary of the San Marcos River as referenced <br />by the following course along the approximate Low Bank of <br />the San Marcos River, N56°55'00"W 204.50 feet to a point <br />for the apparent west corner of the Rhew to Scrutchin <br />Properties, Inc. Tract No. One, on the southeast line of <br />the aforereferenced Wilson Tract, for the northerly west <br />corner of the herein described tract; <br /> <br />THENCE leaving the gradient boundary of t~e San Marcos <br />River with the apparent common line of the Rhew to <br />Scrutchin Properties, Inc. Tract No. One, and the Wilson <br />tract N39°10'30"E 294.55 feet to the~PLACE OF BEGINNING. <br />There being contained within these metes and bounds 4.875 <br />acres, more or less, of land area as prepared from <br />surveys made on the ground during March, April, and May <br />1981 by James E. Byrn and Associates of San Marcos, <br />Texas. · <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) <br />days from.and after its passage and after it has been subject to <br />reconsideration by the Council at its next regular meeting <br />following its passage, .and provided that the Council did not vote <br />to reconsider it. If reconsidered on January 25, 1993 it shall be <br />in effect ten days from and after its/ passage on that date if <br />approved. It shall not go into effect if denied.
