FIELD NOTES <br /> <br />A parcel of land containing 3026 square feet and occupied by that <br />frame building 96-355 at the San Marcos Airport; this parcel lies <br />wholly within that 1378.3381 acre San Marcos Airport tract out of <br />the William Pettus Two League Grant, Caldwell County, Texas, as <br />shown on that plat dated 12 September 1989 by Charles R. Swart, <br />Surveyor. This'parcel is more particularly d~scribed by metes <br />and bounds as follows: <br />Beginning at the southwest corner of this tract, which is identi- <br />cal with the southwest corner (point 1629) of building ~6-355, <br />from which the East Reference Point (~51) of the San Marcos <br />Airport bears North 15 degrees 15 minutes 01 seconds East a <br />distance of 373.57 feet. Additionally, from point 1629 a corner <br />of the 1378.3381 acre tract (point 996) bears South 00 degrees 05 <br />minutes 17 seconds West a distance of 44.35 feet to a point on <br />the south boundary of the said tract (line 996-812), and thence <br />South 89 degrees 54 minutes 43 seconds East along the said south <br />boundary, which is identical with the center line of old Kane <br />Avenue, a distance of 1486.71 feet to point 996. <br /> Thence, from the point of beginning, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1629-1643: North 00 degrees 02 minutes 30 seconds East, 102.78 <br /> ft; <br /> 1643-1630: North 89 degrees 57 minutes 21 seconds~West, 6.5~ ft; <br /> 1630-1628: North 00 degrees 24 minutes 14 seconds West, 5.66 ft; <br /> 1628-1631: North 89 degrees 21 minutes 36 seconds East, 6.60 ft; <br /> 1631-1632: South 89 degrees 07 minutes 19 seconds East, 6.72 ft; <br /> 1632-1627: North 00 degrees 14 minutes 12 seconds West, 12.55 ft; <br /> 1627-1626: South 89 degrees 55 minutes 38 seconds East, 18.75 ft; <br /> 1626-1625: South 00 degrees 02 minutes 44 seconds West, 120.93 ft; <br /> thence South 89 degrees 59 minutes 43 seconds West a distance of <br /> 25.40 ft to the point of beginning. <br /> <br /> STATE OF TEXAS <br /> COUNTY OF HAYS <br /> I, CHARLES R.
