FIELD NOTES <br /> <br />A parcel of land containing 3071 square feet and occupied by that <br />frame building 96-363 at the San Marcos Airport; this parcel lies <br />wholly within that 1378.3381 acre San Marcos Airport tract out of <br />the William Pettus Two League Grant, Caldwell County, Texas, as <br />shown on that plat dated 12 September 1989 by Charles R. Swart, <br />Surveyor. This parcel is more particularly described by metes <br />and bounds as follows: <br />Beginning at the southeast corner of this tract, which is identi- <br />cal with the southeast corner (point 1633) of building ~6-363, <br />from which the East Reference Point (951) of the San Marcos <br />Airport bears North 33 degrees 53 minutes 03 seconds West a <br />distance of 434.16 feet. Additionally, from point 1633 a corner <br />of the 1378.3381 acre tract (point 996) bears South 00 degrees 05 <br />minutes 17 seconds West a distance of 44.86 feet to a point on <br />the south boundary of the said tract (line 996-812), and thence <br />South 89 degrees 54 minutes 43 seconds East along the said south <br />.boundary, which is identical with the center line of old Kane <br />Avenue, a distance of 1146.40 feet to point 996. <br /> Thence, from the point of beginning, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1633-1624: South 89 degrees 58 minutes 52 seconds West, 25.33 ft; <br /> 1624-1641: North 00 degrees 01 minute 50 seconds West, 50.1.0 ft; <br /> 1641-1623: South 89 degrees 58 minutes 10 seconds~West, 6.18 ft; <br /> 1623-1622: North 00 degrees 46 minutes 52 seconds East, 8.09 ft; <br /> 1622-1642: North 89 degrees 58 minutes 10 seconds East, 6.07 ft; <br /> 1642-1621: North 00 degrees 01 minute 50 seconds West, 62.76 ft; <br /> 1621-1620: South 89 degrees 44 minutes 13 seconds East, 18.90 ft; <br /> 1620-1637: South 00 degrees 21 minutes 40 seconds West, 12.46 ft; <br /> 1637-1636: North 89 degrees 27 minutes 31 seconds East, 6.56 ft; <br /> 1636-1635: South 89 degrees 07 minutes 05 seconds East, 6.48 ft; <br /> 1635-1634: South 00 degrees 37 minutes 08 seconds West, 5.79 ft; <br /> 1634-1640: South 89 degrees 59 minutes 36 seconds West, 6.42 ft; <br /> thence South 00 degrees 00 minutes ~24 seconds East a distance of <br /> 102.57 ft to the point of beginnning. <br /> <br /> STATE OF TEXAS <br /> COUNTY OF HAYS <br /> I, CHARLES R.
