6.1 <br /> <br />7.1 <br /> <br />7.2 <br /> <br />7.3 <br /> <br />against or imposed upon the Leased Premises by reason of any <br />alteration, repair, labor performed or materials furnished to <br />the Leased Premises for or on behalf of Lessee, and Lessee will <br />discharge any lien or charge immediately after the lien occurs <br />or charges become due and payable, provided that in the event <br />Lessee disputes the lien or the claim upon which it is founded, <br />Lessee shall have the right, without discharging said lien, to <br />promptly pursue settlement or litigation thereof with paying <br />such claim until such time as the claim becomes final and <br />subject to no further appeal by Lessee. Lessee shall hold <br />harmless, indemnify and defend Lessor, its officers, agents and <br />employees from and against any claims related to such liens or <br />charges. ~ <br /> <br /> ARTICLE VI. <br /> <br /> Signs <br /> <br />Lessee shall not, without Lessor's prior written consent (a) <br />make any changes to the Building/Hangar or (b) install any <br />exterior lighting, shades or awnings, or any exterior <br />decorations or paintings or (c)~ erect, install or change any <br />signs, window or door lettering, placards, decorations, or <br />advertising media of any type which can be viewed from the <br />exterior of the Leased Premises. Lessor shall not unreasonably <br />withhold consent to any of the hereinabove items. <br /> <br /> ARTICLE VII. <br /> <br /> Utilities/Taxes <br /> <br />Lessee shall promptly pay all charges for electricity, water, <br />telephone service, and other utilities furnished to the Leased <br />Premises. <br /> <br />Lessor shall not be liable for any interruption or impairment <br />whatsoever in utility services unless the interruption .is <br />proximately caused by the negligence of Lessor's agents, <br />officers or employees. <br /> <br />Lessee shall pay all taxes and assessments against any buildings <br />or other structures it places on the premises as well as all <br /> <br /> --7-- <br /> <br /> <br />
