8,1, <br /> <br />8.2 <br /> <br /> taxes and assessments against the personal property used by <br /> Lessee on the Leased Premises. <br /> <br /> ARTICLE VIII. <br /> <br /> Insurance and Ind~mn~t~ <br /> <br /> Liability Insurance: <br /> <br />Lessee shall, at its own expense, purchase, maintain and keep in <br />force insurance as set forth in the Minimum Standards, and as <br />will protect Lessee from claims which may arise out of or in <br />connection with any operations at the Airport, whether the <br />operations be by Lessee or by any subcontractor or by anyone <br />directly or indirectly employed by Lessee or by anyone for whose <br />acts Lessee may be liable. <br /> <br />A. Insurance required by this sub-section sh~ll be written so <br />that the Lessor will be notified in writing, in the event of <br />cancellation, restrictive amendment or non-renewal at least <br />thirty (30) days prior to the action. Certificates of Insurance <br />shall be filed with Lessor annually and are subject to Lessor's <br />approval. <br /> <br />B. All insurance required under this sub-section shall be <br />written with the Lessor as an additional insured. In any event, <br />Lessee is fully responsible for all losses arising out of, <br />resulting from or connected with operations under this Lease <br />whether or not said losses are covered by insurance. The <br />Lessor's acceptance of Certificates of Insurance that in any <br />respect do not comply with the Lease requirements does not <br />release Lessee from compliance herewith. <br /> <br />C. All insurance required under this sub-section shall be <br />primary over any other insurance coverage the Lessor may have. <br />Casualty Coverage: <br /> <br />Lessee shall maintain in full force and effect during the term <br />of this Lease a policy of insurance on the Texas Standard form <br />of fire and extended coverage for all contents, goods, stock, <br />and any personal property which is or may be situated upon the <br />Leased Premises. <br /> <br /> --8-- <br /> <br /> <br />
