Thence, along the southeast street line of River Road, along an existing fence, N 44°-55'-51" E, a distance of 1351. 02 1 to an iron pin, said iron pin marks the most northern corner of the parcel herein described. Thence, S 45°-00' E, a distance of 1290.10' to a "T" bar fence post set in the southeast line of a 30' R.O.W., said "T" bar fence post marks the most easterly corner of the parcel herein described.
