H. 80), said iron pin marks the <br />intersection of the southeast street line of River Road <br />and the northeast line of a 30' R. o. W. to the City of San <br />Marcos sewer plant, and also being the most westerly <br />corner of the parcel herein described. <br />Thence, along the southeast street line of River Road, <br />along an existing fence, N 440-55'-51" E, a distance of <br />1351.02' to an iron pin, said iron pin marks the most <br />northern corner of the parcel herein described. <br />
