Veramendi League No. 2, Abstract M, being a portion of that tract of 100.13 acres of land conveyed to Frank Sharp by B.F. Harper, et aI, by deed dated August 9, 1947, and recorded in Volume 138, Page 638, Hays County Deed Records, and more particularly described as follows: Commencing at an iron pin in the southeast street line of Ri ver Road (old S. H. 80), said iron pin marks the intersection of the southeast street line of River Road and the northeast line of a 30' R. o. W. to the City of San Marcos sewer plant, and also being the most westerly corner of the parcel herein described. Thence, along the southeast street line of River Road, along an existing fence, N 440-55'-51" E, a distance of 1351.02' to an iron pin, said iron pin marks the most northern corner of the parcel herein described.
