7~ Thence, S 450-00' E, a distance of 1290.10' to a "T" bar fence post set in the southeast line of a 30' R.O.W., said "T" bar fence post marks the most easterly corner of the parcel herein described. Thence, S 450-00' W, along the southeast line of the 30' R.O.W. a distance of 1351.02' to a small spike set in the corner fence post, said spike is the most southern corner of the parcel herein described, and also marks the intersection of the southeast line of the previously mentioned 30' R.O.W. and the northeast line of that 30' I R.O.W. to the San Marcos sewer plant. Thence, N 450-00' W, along an existing fence line, along the northeast line of that 30' R.O.W. to the San Marcos sewer plant, a distance of 1288.48 to an iron pin, said iron pin marks the point of beginning. SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) days from and after its passage and after it has been subject to reconsideration by the Council at its next regular meeting following its passage, and provided that the Council did not vote to reconsider it. If reconsidered on March 22, 1993 it shall be in effect ten days from and after its passage on that date if approved. It shall not go into effect if de'hied. If not reconsidered and approved it shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the area as required by the Charter of the City of San Marcos, Texas. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of March , 1993, subject to reconsideration at the next regular City Council meeting scheduled for March 22, 1993 .
