AMENDMENT NO. 1 <br />THIRD AMENDED AND RESTATED CONTRACT FOR COLLECTION AND <br />DISPOSAL OF SOLID WASTE AND RECYLCABLE MATERIALS <br />The City of San Marcos, (the "City "), 630 E. Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas 78666 and <br />Texas Disposal Systems, Inc. (the "Contractor "), P.O. Box 17126, Austin, Texas 78760 -7126 <br />entered into a Third Amended and Restated Contract for Collection and Disposal of Solid Waste <br />and Recyclable Materials Contract (the "Contract ") on December 6, 2011. Both parties agree to <br />amend the Contract to adjust the annual rate charged by the Contractor in accordance with the <br />Contract.
