<br /> 37~ <br /> 447 (portion) County Travis Elementary School <br /> 1437 Old Post Road <br />SECTION 4. It is agreed that all expenses incuaed in the administration of the elections <br /> where City, School, and County are involved will be shared equally by City, School and Co,unty; where <br />- City and County are involved will be shared equally by City and County; where School and County are <br /> involved will be shared equally by School and County; where only County is involved will be paid by <br /> County and where only School is involved will be paid by School. Should Construction of voting signs <br /> or booths be necessary these costs will be shared in the same manner as expenses incuaed in the <br /> administration of the elections. Labor costs for construction if provided by City, School or County will <br /> be considered as part of the costs to be shared. <br />SECTION 5. It is agreed by the parties hereto that a common ballot will be used for the joint <br /> election. <br />It is agreed by the parties hereto that common ballot boxes will be used fo~r the joint election, to <br /> be provided equally by the three agencies. The ballot boxes holding the voting ballots for the election <br /> will be delivered by the Precinct Judges to the City Secretary at the City Hall, 630 East Hopkins Street. <br /> Following the tabulation by the Central Counting Station the City Secretary will deliver the ballot boxes <br /> holding the voted ballots for the election to the County Elections Administrator and said boxes will <br /> remain in her custody except that County agrees to deliver the boxes of voted ballots to the School or the <br /> ¡ <br /> City if requested for canvass of the election or in the event the voted ballots are required for any court <br /> proceedings in which the School or City may be a party. County agrees to maintain custody of the <br /> ballot boxes containing the voted ballots after delivery by the City or School until the expiration of <br /> twenty two (22) months following the date of the elections at which time County will dispose of the <br /> voted ballots in the manner prescribed by the Texas Election Code and will return those ballot boxes <br /> owned by School to the School District office and those ballot boxes owned by City to the City office. <br />SECTION 6. Joint returns of the elections will be provided by the Central Counting Station <br /> to the Mayor, School Board President, County Judge, City Secretary, School District Assistant <br /> Superintendent for Business and the County Elections Administrator following the tabulation.
