<br /> 37v <br />Mayor of the City and the City Secretary will maintain custody of the returns until the completion of the <br />election canvass by the City Council, after which City will deliver the original returns to the School <br />District Office for the election canvass by the School Board of Trustees, after which the School will <br />deliver the original returns to the County. County agrees to maintain custody of the electio~ returns <br />upon delivery by the School for a minimum period of twenty two (22) months following the date of the <br />election. <br />County also agrees to furnish School or City with the original records, upon request by the <br />School, or City in the event they are required for any court proceedings in which the School or City may <br />be a party. <br />SECTION 7. To facilitate the administration of the election, and as a convenience to the <br />voters, during the early voting period of Monday, April 12, 1993 through Tuesday, April 27, 1993, City <br />agrees to designate the School District Office, 501 South LB.J. Drive, and the County Office, 401-C <br />Broadway, as Temporary Branch Absentee Polling Places for the City, School agn~es to designate City <br />Hall, 630 E. Hopkins, and the County Office, 401-C Broadway, as Temporary Branch Absentee Polling <br />Places for the School, and County agrees to designate City Hall, 630 E. Hopkins and the School District <br />Office, 501 South LB.J. Drive, as Temporary Branch Absentee Polling Places for the County. <br />City, School and County further agree to maintain Temporary Branch Absentee Polling Places <br />for each other in accordance with Section 85.062, Election Code, V.T.c.A. <br /> , <br />SECTION 8. On Election day, all forms used in the conduct of the election, including but <br />not limited to the poll list, signature roster, ballot registers, expense accounts, and all oaths and <br />certificates will be used jointly by the three agencies. All forms will be returned to the City Secretary <br />who shall keep them in her custody for a minimum period of Sixty (60) days following the date of the <br />election. City agrees to furnish School and County copies of any election documents, upon School's or <br />County's request, at no charge to School or County. <br />
