(IN) is pleased to have the opportunity to submit this proposal to the City of San Marcos for performing engineering and environmental services related to Phase I Environmental Site Assessments at four electric substation sites located in San Marcos, Hays County, Texas. We have evaluated the information that you provided, and have prepared the attached proposal which we feel will meet your objectives. We will provide a preliminary verbal report to the City within three working days from the date of contract authorization, and a final written report within 10 working days from the date of contract authorization.
