<br /> 4t1ß <br />The Client will provide the following: <br />1. Rights of entry and access to site and buildings on the site; <br />2. Metes and bounds property description and a site map if a map is available; and <br />3. List of possible people to contact for interviews if known (e.g., past or present <br /> property owners/occupants/employees or neighboring landowners). <br />This scope does not include the following services. If required, these services would be <br />performed at additional cost: <br />1. Preparation of a Chain-of title <br />2. Reproduction of aerial photographs totaling in excess of $75.00 <br />3. Sampling, analysis, and subsurface investigations <br />4. Asbestos and radon surveys <br />5. Remedial or corrective actions <br /> ~ <br />6. Preparation of detailed cost estimates for Phase IT investigations or remediation <br /> TERMS AND COMPENSATION <br />Work shall be performed under the terms and conditions in the March 3, 1993 Professional <br />Services Agreement between Client and IN, pending IN credit approval. These environmental <br />site assessments are being conducted solely at the Client's request within the limitations of the <br />scope. It is not intended for use by other parties nor as a certification that the site is clean. <br />Compensation for services described in the scope shall be on a lump sum basis in accordance <br />with the flat rate schedule of fees dated March 1, 1992.
