<br /> IDS-L <br /> RFP 93-021 <br /> F. one original set of equipment warranties in the name of <br /> the city of San Marcos. <br /> G. one ( 1) service manual shall be provided with each <br /> different piece of equipment. <br /> 6.6 Final acceptance and payment will be conditioned upon <br /> successful completion and full receipt of all items listed above. <br /> 7.0 WARRANTIES <br /> 7.1 All warranties shall commence on the date of the written <br /> acceptance of system and will remain in effect for one year from <br /> that date. <br /> 7.2 Warranty for installation of system, cabinet work and any <br /> custom construction shall be for a period of one year and include <br /> parts, labor and transportation. <br /> 7.3 The successful proponent shall respond to a trouble call <br /> within 4 hours after receipt of such a call. <br /> 7.4 The successful proponent shall guarantee parts availability <br /> for all accepted equipment, for no less than 60 months after <br /> acceptance. ~ <br /> 8.0 PROPONENT QUALIFICATIONS <br /> 8.1 Equipment list and installation may be, as determined by <br /> theCity of San Marcos, awarded separately. <br /> 8.2 The successful proponent shall furnish references from at <br /> least three (3) similar projects completed within the last five (5) <br /> years. These references shall include a description of cost and <br /> location of the projects and a name, address and telephone number <br /> of at least one contact person for the project. <br /> 8.3 Furnish a description of your company: <br /> À. The products it is authorized to carry. <br /> B. Number of employees. <br /> C. Years of operation. <br /> D. Description of services facilities and location. <br /> 12 <br />
