Office and Conference Room. <br /> 6.0 FINAL TESTING, ACCEPTANCE AND DOCUMENTATION <br /> . ~~~ 6.1 Successful proponent shall demonstrate to the City of San <br /> Marcos that the final system operates as specified and that the <br /> tests meet performance requirements. <br /> 6.2 The successful proponent shall insure that the systems are in <br /> first-class working condition and free of short circuits, ground <br /> loops, parasitic oscillations, excessive hum, RF interference, or <br /> instability of .any form. <br /> 6.3 Successful proponent shall test, adjust and equalize sound <br /> system using instruments (such as a real time audio spectrum <br /> analyzer) to: 1) Increase the potential gain or power output of the <br /> system before feedback; 2) to improve the naturalness or <br /> intelligibility of sound system. <br /> 6.4 At least two (2) routine inspection and adjustment visits <br /> shall be scheduled for the first year (six and eleVen months after <br /> acceptance). <br /> 6.5 Upon completion of work, but prior to final system acceptance <br /> by the City of San Marcos, the successful proponent shall deliver <br /> to city staff one (1) set of the following plus one original <br /> reproducible set of all drawings: <br /> A. complete "as built" schematics for all parts of the <br /> system including wire numbers, terminal block numbers and <br /> layouts and other designations and codes; <br /> , <br /> B. a run list showing all wire numbers with both <br /> terminations specified; <br /> C. any other record drawings showing parts of the system, <br /> construction details and so forth; <br /> D. service manuals, extender cards and spare parts kits <br /> (where provided and recommended by manufacturer) for each <br /> equipment item furnished; <br /> E. manufacturer's operating instructions for each and every <br /> equipment item furnished; <br /> 11 <br />
