<br /> (OJE <br /> RFP 93-021 <br /> 1.13 Reservations: The city of San Marcos expressly reserves the <br /> right to: <br /> A. waive any defect, irregularity or information in any <br /> proposal; <br /> B. reject any or all proposal, or part of any proposal; <br /> c. accept offers from one or more offerors: and/or <br /> D. procure equipment, software, and/or service by other <br /> means. <br /> 1.14 In considering the proposals, the city of San Marcos reserves <br /> the right to select the acceptable proponent who will agree to <br /> contractual terms and conditions most favorable to the City of San <br /> Marcos. <br /> 1.15 Requirements stated in the RFP shall become part of a <br /> contract with the proponent, and any deviations from these <br /> requirements, must be specifically defined by the proponent in the <br /> resulting proposal which, if accepted, shall also become part of <br /> any contract. The city of San Marcos, however, reserves the right <br /> to modify the specifications of this RFP, contract for segments of <br /> this RFP, and/or negotiate the price and any other terms with <br /> prospective proponents, as needed. <br /> 1.16 Pre-Proposal Conference: A pre-proposal conference on will <br /> be held on March 24, 1993 at 10:00 a.m. at the City of San Marcos¡ <br /> City council Chambers, 630 East Hopkins¡ San Marcos, Texas 78666. <br /> Attendance at this meeting by at least one authorized person from <br /> your firm is mandatory in order to submit a proposal for this <br /> project. <br /> 1.17 Or Equal: "Or equal" is intended to establish a level of <br /> quality for a particular brand. ' The items offered must be <br /> equivalent as to function, basic design, type and quality of <br /> materials, method of construction, and any required dimensions. <br /> Alternate brands meeting the above minimum requirements must be <br /> submitted to and approved by Rodney Cobb, Director of Parks and <br /> Recreation prior to award of contract. <br /> 2.0 REQUIRED EQUIPMENT-AUDIO <br /> 2.1 Two (2) Eight-channel automatic microphone mixer, TOA AX-IOOO <br /> with following connector modules, rackmountable, with all published <br /> standard accessories or approved equivalent: <br /> À. sixteen (16) TOA M-61S mic input with compression and <br /> phantom power <br /> 5 <br />
