<br /> }2gk <br /> RECORDED IN VOLUME 303, PAGE 872 OF THE HAYS COUNTY DEED <br /> RECORDS TOGETHER WITH ALL OF THAT TRACT OF LAND DESCRIBED <br /> IN A DEED FROM JOSE MONTELONGO ET UX TO THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS DATED MARCH 5, 1976 AND RECORDED IN VOLUME 282, <br /> PAGE 517 OF THE HAYS COUNTY DEED RECORDS AND BEING MORE <br /> PARTICULARLY DÈSCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS: <br /> BEGINNING at an 1/2" iron rod set with an aluminum cap <br /> for the west corner of said Block 10 at the intersection <br /> of the Southeast line of Valley Street and the northeast <br /> line of Jackman Street for the west corner of this tract <br /> and the west corner of the Dowell to the city of San <br /> Marcos tract; <br /> THENCE with the common line of Valley street and Block 10 <br /> for the northwest line the Dowell to the City tact N 45° <br /> 00' 00" E 60.00 feet to a 5/8" iron bolt found for the <br /> north corner of this tract and the Dowell to the city <br /> tract and the west corner of that tract described in a <br /> deed from J.H. combs et ux to Isaiah Miller et ux dated <br /> October 28, 1920 and recorded in Volume 88, Page 211 of <br /> the Hays County Deed Records; <br /> THENCE leaving Valley Street and crossing Block 10 the <br /> following two courses: .. <br /> 1. with the common northeast line of the Dowell to the <br /> City tract and the Montelongo to the City tract and <br /> the southwest line of the Miller tract S 45° 00' <br /> 00" E 150.00 feet to a 1/2" iron rod set with an <br /> aluminum cap for the south corner of the Miller <br /> tract and the north corner of that tract described <br /> in a deed from Linda Nichols et al to Aryola <br /> Luretha Taylor dated April 8, 1985 and recorded in <br /> Volume 512, Page 375 of the Hays County Real <br /> Property Records, pass on this course at 74.00 feet <br /> the common east corner of the Dowell to the City <br /> tract and the north corner of the Montelongo to the <br /> City tract and <br /> 2. with the common northeast line of the Montelongo to <br /> the City tract and the southwest line of the Taylor <br /> tract S 45° 00' 00" E 150.00 feet to a concrete <br /> nail set in an asphalt roadway called Jackman <br /> street for the south corner of the Taylor tract and <br /> the southeast corner of the Montelongo to City <br /> tract and this tract; <br /> THENCE with the common south and southwest line of Block <br /> 10, the Montelongo to the City tract and the Dowell to <br /> the City tract for the approximate record northeast line <br /> of Jackman street the following two courses: <br /> '1.
