<br /> .. <br /> S¡:::. <br /> CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS <br /> Supplemental Electric Service Agreement Page 7 <br /> + the maximum level of service provided will be limited by the capacity <br /> available from the Live Oak Standby feeder; <br /> ~- + the primary voltage feeder normally utilized by the City in providing <br /> service hereunder shall remain open aT: all times; and <br /> + all manual switching will only be performed by City Electric Utility <br /> Department personnel. <br /> 5.9 The Customer agrees to provide the City with current information and data with regard <br /> to the operation and output of the Facility in a form specified by the Director. <br /> 5.10 The City and Customer agree to exchange the following data and information upon the <br /> request of either Party to the other: <br /> + a copy of the most current electrical drawings depicting the City's <br /> Delivery Point and the installed protective devices; <br /> + a copy of the current relay coordination study anêUor relay settings; <br /> + electrical one-line drawings showing the Delivery Point and other <br /> Customer system components between the Delivery Point and the <br /> Facility; <br /> + the names and telephone numbers of key personnel involved in the <br /> conduct of parallel operations by the City and Customer. <br /> 5.11 With respect to the security of the City's equipment and facilities located on the <br /> Customer's premises, the Customer agrees that: <br /> + the Customer shall provide appropriate security for all City property <br /> located on Customer's premises as well as the Customer's equipment <br /> and facilities necessary for parallel operations pursuant to this <br /> Agreement; and <br /> + the Customer shall not allow its employees or third persons to alter, <br /> modify or tamper with the City's equipment and facilities located on <br /> Customer's premises or the protective equipment and facilities installed <br /> by the Customer at the request of the City for parallel operations under <br /> this Agreement, without the written authorization by the Director or his <br /> designee. However, nothing herein shall be construed to prevent the <br /> Customer from performing routine or preventative maintenance on its <br /> equipment and facilities necessary for the continued safe operations <br /> under this Agreement. <br />
