That ,Section 24 (C) (1) of Appendix A, <br /> General Zoning Ordinance of the San Marcos Code of Ordinances <br /> be amended with regard to specific uses in an liAR" <br /> Agricultural-Ranch District to read as follows: <br /> (1) One mobile home on an unsubdivided tract. <br /> SECTION 15. That Section 28(B) of Appendix A of the <br /> General Zoning Ordinance of the San Marcos Code of Ordinances <br /> be amended to delete subparagraph (2), to renumber remaining <br /> subparagraphs in proper numerical order, and to. revise <br /> renumbered subparagraph (5) to read as follows: - <br /> (5) One single-family dwelling unit on a 6,000 <br /> square-foot or larger lot for the owner's or <br /> manager's residence. <br /> SECTION 16. That Section 3 a (A) of Appendix A of the <br /> General Zoning Ordinance of the San Marcos Code of Ordinances <br /> be amended with regard to permitted uses in a "C" Commercial <br /> District to add a permitted use as subparagraph (7) as <br /> follows: <br /> (7) Commercial campground or recreational vehicle <br /> park. <br /> SECTION 17. That Section 36 of Appendix A of the General <br /> Zoning Ordinance of the San Marcos Code of Ordinances be <br /> amended to delete subsections (A) and (B), and to redesignate <br /> the remaining subsections in proper alphabetical order, and <br /> to add requirements regarding minimum setback requirements as <br /> subsection (F) (6) and change subsection cross references in <br /> subsections (H) and (J) as follows: <br /> (F) The following exceptions modify the standard <br /> minimum setback requirements: <br /> (6) On a corner lot containing any type of <br /> single-family dwell~ng or duplex, a garage or <br /> carport facing the side-yard adjacent to a <br /> street shall be set back no less than 18 feet <br /> from the street right-of-way line. <br /> (H) Fences, walls or shrubbery . . the limits <br /> provided in Section 36 (1) and Section 36 (J) , <br /> below. <br /> (J) On any lot on which . . with respect to <br /> obstructions as Section 36(I) shall be formed by <br /> . . . . <br /> SECTION 18. That Section 37 (A), Off-Street Parking of <br /> Appendix A, General Zoning Ordinance, of the San Marcos Code <br /> of Ordinances is amended by deletion of subparagraph (32) and <br /> by amending the minimum requirements for off-street parking <br /> at eating and drinking establishments in Section 37 (A) (11) <br /> and (11.5) to read as follows: <br /> (11) Eating and drinking establishments: One parking <br /> space for each 100 square feet of gross floor <br /> area, or one space for each four seats, <br /> - -'- ~ -'- _n__- - - , --- T.7'- - --- --------.... -,,""-"---- <br />
