5. Maintenance and Expansion of Roads and Streets - No existing roads or streets are include in the annexed area. The property owner will be required to extend, expand or construct any roads which are required for the development of the property in accordance with the City's development ordinances. Upon the completion and dedication of the new facilities to the City, the City shall provide maintenance of the facilities. The City's street development policy may be summarized as follows: "Street Construction: The subdivider shall be responsible, at his own expense, for the construction of all streets within his subdivision. Where it is necessary that perimeter or other streets adjacent to the subdivision be improved, the city shall construct such improvements, or cause the same to be constructed, in accordance with the street assessment policy being used by the city at the time of such construction." Upon the development of the property in accordance with the City's development ordinances and the dedication and acceptance of any roads or streets by the City, maintenance of the facilities shall be pro. 6. Maintenance and Expansion of Parks, Playgrounds and Swimming Pools - The same standards and policies now established and in force with the City limits will be followed in maintaining and expanding recreational facilities. 7.
