These items may be included in project design, <br /> but their cost will not be counted as part of applicants <br /> contribution. <br /> 3) Designs which require intensive maintenance such as seasonal <br /> color gardens, permanent signage are not eligible for cost <br /> shares. <br /> g) Irrigation Systems - Only irrigation systems designed to provide <br /> water to trees, shrub or ground cover are eligible for cost share. <br /> h) All work within city limits must be coordinated with the <br /> appropriate city departments. <br /> i) The cost of previous work by the city or donor on a Forest Service <br /> project may not be included as contributions toward~the proposed <br /> project. <br /> j) Minimum including non-cash by donor or city is $1,000. <br /> k) Projects must be coordinated by a single enti~y. <br /> 1) Sites on state highway rights-of-way must meet TDH&PT <br /> regulations. There will be no Forest Service funds committed to <br /> an applicant that involves joint funding by TDH&PT unless funding <br /> has been approved by their Board. <br /> I <br /> 8.0 Financial Considerations . <br /> . The maximum federal grant to any project is $10,000 and the <br /> minimum is $1,000. <br /> . Value of in-kind contribution - The Forest Service must concur <br /> with the applicants values placed on in-kind services and <br /> materials contributed by the city and donors. <br /> . The cost of previous work by the city or donor on any other <br /> projects may not be included as contributions toward the proposed <br /> project. <br /> .
