J placement in error <br /> DATA CONTROL <br />Placement Procedures <br />Dynamic Recovery Services, Inc. can activate any account and <br />identify it with a name, address, account number; however, to <br />perform the best serVl.ce available, the information given at the <br />time of placement should be as concise and accurate as possible, <br />i.e., application, history, etc. Data given to Dynamic Recovery <br />Services, Inc. can be forwarded to our office via U. S. Mail, <br />Federal Express, or any other compatible system. <br />processinq of Placement of Accounts <br />All placements are processed into our computer on the date <br />received. Placement can be made on hard copy, tape, computer to <br />computer, disk or any program-compatible system. Plfl.cements may be <br />received daily, weekly or monthly as requested by City of San <br />Marcus. <br />Our computer creates a work jacket which is then used by our <br />collection center as a ledger or work-sheet. At the point of data <br />input/ledger printing, the initial collection letter is generated, <br />notifying the debtor that the account has been turned over for <br />collection. <br /> ACCOUNT CANCELLATIONS <br /> I <br />Dynamic Recovery Services, Inc. managers are required to date code <br />cancellations. Cancellation will occur when: <br />1. J Dynamic Recovery Services, Inc., has determined the account is <br /> paid current; <br />2.] Collection judgement dictates discontinuing collection <br /> activities; <br />3.] Client gives thirty (30) day written notification advising <br /> Agency to cancel & return accounts unless otherwise mutually <br /> agreed upon terms are met. <br />4.] All legitimate circumstances, i.e., bankruptcy, death, fraud, <br /> etc. <br />
