<br /> J/v' <br /> SAN MARCOS ELECTRIC UTILITY <br /> ELECTRIC RATE SCHEDULES <br /> STREET LIGHTING & TRAFFIC SIGNAL SERVICE <br /> Rate Schedule - SL <br /> Effective: June 1, 1993 Page 1 <br /> <br /> The City of San Marcos (the "City") shall charge and collect for street lighting and traffic signal <br /> service on the basis of this Rate Schedule - SL. The Power Cost Adjustment Clause and the <br /> City of San Marcos Electric Utility Rules and Regulations are incorporated by reference as a part <br /> of this rate schedule. <br /> AVAILABILITY <br /> This rate schedule is available throughout the entire territory served by the San Marcos Electric <br /> Utility System (the "City System"). <br /> APPLICABILITY <br /> This rate schedule is applicable to the City of San Marcos and agencies of the State of Texas <br /> and the United States of America for the lighting of public rights of way and thoroughfares <br /> where the lighting system is connected to or can be readily connected to the existing City <br /> . <br /> System. <br /> CHARACTER OF SERVICE <br /> Service under this rate schedule shall be alternating current, 60 Hertz, single phase at the City's <br /> option of the standard voltages available from the City System, Resale service is not permitted <br /> under this rate schedule. <br /> MONTHLY RATE <br /> SMEU Supplied Fixtures With Mercury Vapor Lamps: <br /> 175 Watt (7,800 Lumens) $4.36 per fixture <br /> Power Cost Adjustment Clause applicable to 70 kWh <br /> 400 Watt (21,000 Lumens) ' $6.91 per fixture <br /> Power Cost Adjustment Clause applicable to 155 kWh <br /> SMEU Supplied Fixtures With High Pressure Sodium Vapor Lamps: <br /> 100 Watt (9,500 Lumens) $3.50 per fixture <br /> Power Cost Adjustment Clause applicable to 40 kWh <br /> 250 Watt (27,500 Lumens) $6.50 per fixture <br /> Power Cost Adjustment Clause applicable to 125 kWh <br /> Customer Supplied Fixtures & Lamps: <br /> All Metered kWh $0.0446 per kWh <br /> Traffic Signals (All Metered kWH) $0.0350 per kWh <br />
