Highway No. <br /> 3407 bears, N 45° 09' E 291.34 feet; <br /> THENCE leaving Lot 1, Block 1, South Cross Business Park, <br /> section 1 with the northeast line of this tract, S 44° <br /> 51' E 1446.76 feet to a point in the northwest line of <br /> the aforereferenced Lot 1, Jackson Chapel Addition and <br /> southeast line of the L.C.R.A. easement for the east <br /> corner of this tract, from which point, a point in the <br /> southwest line of F.M. Highway No. 3407 bears, N 43° 56' <br /> 14" E 291. 41 feet; <br /> THENCE with the common southeast line of this tract and <br /> the L.C.R.A. easement and northwest line of Lot 1, <br /> Jackson Chapel Addition, S 43° 56' 14" W 986.78 feet to <br /> the PLACE OF BEGINNING. There are contained within this <br /> description 31.8 acres, more or less, of land area. <br /> SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) <br />days from and after its passage and after it has been subject to <br />reconsideration by the Council at its next regular meeting <br />following its passage, and provided that the Council did not vote <br />to reconsider it. If reconsidered on October 11, 1993 it shall be <br />in effect ten days from and after its passage on that date if <br />approved. It shall not go into effect if denied. If not <br />reconsidered and approved it shall be published in a newspaper of <br />general circulation in the area as required by the Charter of the <br />city of San Marcos, Texas. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 27thday of Septembe~ 1993, <br />subject to reconsideration at the next regular City Council meeting <br />scheduled for October Ii, 1993 . <br />
