<br /> / b.3¡::' <br /> 1030 407 <br /> 7. <br /> Equipment upon the Property shall be appraised at market value for the purposes of property tax <br /> assessment throughout the term of this Agreement, and that this value may change during the term of this <br /> Agreement. The calculation of Abated Taxes shall make use of this appraised value as it changes from <br /> year to year. <br /> 9. <br /> INDEMNITY <br /> It is understood and agreed between the parties that the Owner and the Tenant, in executing this <br /> Agreement, and in performing their respective obligations hereunder, are acting independently, and the City <br /> assumes no responsibilities or liabilities in connection therewith to third parties and the Tenant agrees to <br /> indemnify, defend and hold the City harmless therefrom.
