<br /> /O)ß <br /> 4. collect information regarding the effects of the river <br /> clean-ups and SWT's activities in conducting this service; <br /> 5. coordinate activities with the United States Fish and <br /> Wildlife Service and the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department; <br /> 6. prepare two written assessments of the clean-up 'activities <br /> and provide copies of each assessment to the Director of its City's <br /> Parks and Recreation Department, the United States Fish and <br /> Wildlife Service, and the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. The <br /> written assessments will include: <br /> a. the number of undergraduate and graduate students <br /> involved; <br /> b. the number of hours SWT's personnel devoted to the clean- <br /> ups and monitoring; . <br /> c. the number of service groups participating in the clean-ups; <br /> d. the volume of litter and vegetation removed; <br /> e. the scouring of the river bottom as the result of vegetation <br /> removal; and <br /> f. the baseline measurements of sedimentation at specific <br /> sites along the river. I <br /> 3. Compliance with applicable statutes <br /> <br /> 3.01 In performing these services, SWT will comply with federal <br /> and state statutes and obtain all necessary permits. <br /> 4. Term of agreement <br /> 4.01 This agreement will begin on 1 October 1991 and will <br /> terminate on 30 September 1992. However, either party may <br />
