Final Report. <br /> <br />a. Review and respond to Owner's comments. Revise the draft <br />report as necessary. Submit 10 copies of the final report to the <br />Owner. <br /> <br />L. Public Participation Support. <br /> <br />1. Prepare visual aids to assist in presentation of treatment <br />alternatives at three public meetings. <br /> <br />2. Provide technical staff for participation in the three public <br />meetings for the project. <br /> <br />3. Prepare draft responses to assist Owner in replying to comments <br />from the public at the three meetings. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />PHASE 3. COLLECTION SYSTEM FACILITIES <br /> <br />A. Data Collection. <br /> <br /> <br />1. Existing Reports. Existing pertinent reports will be collected and <br />reviewed. This includes the 1987 Collection System Master Plan. <br /> <br />2. Maintenance Reports. Maintenance reports for the past five years <br />will be reviewed to identify chronic problem areas and to better <br />understand maintenance needs. <br /> <br />3. As-Built Data. Accessibility to ~s-built data will be reviewed so <br />that necessary information can be easily obtained during the course of <br />this project. Key as-built information will be obtained as necessary. <br />Reproduction of plan sheets will be performed by OWNER as requested by <br />ENGINEER. <br /> <br />4. Interviews. Interviews will be held with operations and <br />maintenance personnel to obtain their insight into system needs. <br />interviews will also assist with selection of manual field checks <br />for identifying project specific needs. <br /> <br />5. Television Data. A maximum of 10,000 feet of existing television <br />data will be reviewed, summarized and entered into project computer <br />files for analysis and future retrieval. <br /> <br />These <br />and <br /> <br />6. Pumping Stations.
