Anticipated Requirements for the Utility.

In order for the Slack & Veatch project team to conduct the studies outlined
in this section in a timely manner, it is proposed that the Utility would
furnish required basic data and information for the sewer utility, including
the following items:

1. All audited financial statements and other records of the sewer
utility's financial operations; operational statistics, facility
inventories, descriptions and maps, reports of other consultants,
available records of water sales, and such other data as may be
available and which may be useful in the studies outlined.

06/02/93

A-19
