Direction for these tabulations will be provided by Black <br />& Veatch. <br /> <br />3. A schedule of major capital improvements to the sewer system <br />anticipated during the study period, including general descriptions of <br />each item of improvement, estimated construction costs, and anticipated <br />dates of construction. Slack & Veatch will assist in preparing the <br />capital improvement program. <br /> <br />4.
