Mr. Stokes moved not to sell the property based on staffs <br />recommended use of the land. Mr. Tarbutton seconded the motion, which <br />passed unanimously. The Mayor stated that he would like to see some <br />proposed scheduling for improvements by the March 23rd meeting. <br /> <br />The Mayor introduced for consideration budget revision of Entitlement Block <br />Grant Year 5. This item was withdrawn until the Marth 9th agenda. <br /> <br />The Mayor introduced for consideration authorization to bid for surveying <br />services on Bishop Street Project. Mr. James moved to authorize the bid. The City Manager noted there was not budgeted <br />funds for this vehicle, but staff needed definite prices. Staff will <br />suggest funding resources at a later date. Hrs.
