MOTION: Upon a motion made by Council Member Becak and a second by Council Member Scott, the City Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed, to approve consent agenda items 8 -13 and to postpone consent agenda item 14 to be considered within the next two meetings. Public Hearing 15.7:OOPM Receive a Staff presentation and hold a Public Hearing to receive comments for or against Ordinance 2013 -01, changing the rate for customers for once per week collection of Residential Solid Waste and Single Stream Recycling service from $16.28 to $16.91 per month, and increasing the rate for Single Stream Multi - Family Recycling service from $4.62 per month to $4.82 for such service; increasing the rate for an extra trash cart from $5.25 to $5.70 per month; increasing the rate for an extra recycling cart from $5.25 to $5.33 per month; increasing the rate for an extra tagged 30 gallon garbage bag from $5.25 to $5.70: increasing the rate for an extra non- untagged 30 gallon garbage bag from $8.40 to $8.90; including procedural provisions; and providing an effective date; and consider approval of Ordinance 2013 -01, on the first of two readings.
