Krause Trail <br />San Marcos, Texas 78666 <br />Attn: Mr. Rick Gilland <br />Re: Extension of Landscape Maintenance Contract <br />Dear Mr. Gilland: <br />Please consider this letter an agreement between the City of <br />San Marcos (City) and Gilland Lawn Service (Contractor) to <br />extend the current landscape maintenance contract, for an <br />additional period of one year, as provided in the original <br />contract effective February 1, 1992.
