Iit/S 4.0 CONTRACT INFORMATION Selected contractual provisions which the City will require in the final contract for the Licensing and Maintenance of Computer Software are presented for the vendor's review. - Vendor must review and acknowledge each of the contract provisions proposed by the City. Should any of these contract provisions be of concern to vendor or should vendor prefer alternative language, a list of these changes must be included in the proposal. Final resolution of all contract issues, language, and terminology will be made at the time of final CityNendor negotiations. 4.01 Vendor is Required to Include in its Proposal: A. Proposed contract for the licensing of the vendor's application software. B. Proposed contract for the maintenance of vendor's application software. C. Proposed contract for the licensing of the proposed operating system sòftware and clearly mark on the proposed license the Option Number which corresponds to the hardware platfonn. D. A list of any concerns with the contract language proposep by the City in Section 4.03 and alternative proposals to the proposed contract language. E. Proposed contract for hardware maintenance. 4.02 Proposed Contract Exhibits. Listed below are documents which the City intends to include in the contract to be negotiated with the vendor. It is anticipated that this list may be expanded during contract negotiations. , A. Request for Proposals. The Request for Proposals document shall be attached and shall become part of the contract. B. Vendor Response to the Request for Proposals. The Vendor response to the Request for Proposals, including all supportive documents and exhibits, shall become part of the contract. C.
