<br /> Iit/S <br /> 4.0 CONTRACT INFORMATION <br /> Selected contractual provisions which the City will require in the final contract for <br /> the Licensing and Maintenance of Computer Software are presented for the vendor's review. <br /> - <br /> Vendor must review and acknowledge each of the contract provisions proposed by the <br /> City. Should any of these contract provisions be of concern to vendor or should vendor <br /> prefer alternative language, a list of these changes must be included in the proposal. <br /> Final resolution of all contract issues, language, and terminology will be made at the <br /> time of final CityNendor negotiations. <br /> 4.01 Vendor is Required to Include in its Proposal: <br /> A. Proposed contract for the licensing of the vendor's application software. <br /> B. Proposed contract for the maintenance of vendor's application software. <br /> C. Proposed contract for the licensing of the proposed operating system sòftware <br /> and clearly mark on the proposed license the Option Number which <br /> corresponds to the hardware platfonn. <br /> D. A list of any concerns with the contract language proposep by the City in <br /> Section 4.03 and alternative proposals to the proposed contract language. <br /> E. Proposed contract for hardware maintenance. <br /> 4.02 Proposed Contract Exhibits. <br /> Listed below are documents which the City intends to include in the contract to be <br /> negotiated with the vendor. It is anticipated that this list may be expanded during <br /> contract negotiations. <br /> , <br /> A. Request for Proposals. <br /> The Request for Proposals document shall be attached and shall become part <br /> of the contract. <br /> B. Vendor Response to the Request for Proposals. <br /> The Vendor response to the Request for Proposals, including all supportive <br /> documents and exhibits, shall become part of the contract. <br /> C.
