I (bA r the system. A. Execution of test. This test will not be performed until after three (3) full months of data entry of records into the automated system. After the initial execution of this test, the test may randomly be selected to be executed in order to ascertain whether the automated system (hardware and software) meets the minimum qualifications. The City will execute the examination again in one (I) year after the acceptance of the system. B. The City will prepare transaction logs to be used by the operators in perfonning the test. A mix of transactions pertaining to the operation of the Municipal Court will be used. The City has the final approval of the transactions used during the test. C. No test shall be deemed valid unless a minimum of ten (l0) timings were performed at the monitored workstation for each type of transaction. D. There will be three (3) staffing levels necessary to perform the test. These are: ~ 1. Operators - Each designated workstation will be operated by fully trained City employees. 2. Monitors - Selected workstations will have monitor personnel to measure and record response times. All measurements must be taken with a stopwatch. Use of standard watches or clocks will not be permitted. 3. Jurors - City personnel and vendor representatives will serve as system jurors. These individuals will be present to supervise the proper application of test procedures and to calculate the final results of the test. E. The monitors will use 'Response Time Test Measurement Worksheets' to document all measured transactions. It is the responsibility of the monitor to correctly note on the form, prior to the application of the test, the following information: 1. The terminal location being measured 2. The type of terminal at which the measurement was taken 3. The line speed, where applicable, to the terminal where the measurement is being taken 4.
