<br /> I,AX <br /> 9.0 Training and Implementation Requirements <br /> 9.01 Scope. <br /> As part of the proposal. vendors are asked to prepare a detailed written - <br /> training and implementation plan which will provide the City with adequate <br /> initial training to successfully and fully operate the proposed automated <br /> Municipal Court system. <br /> . <br /> 9.02 Training Plan. <br /> A. The training plan should include: <br /> 1. Description of each major task. <br /> 2. Beginning date and duration of task. <br /> 3. Party responsible for completing task. <br /> B. The vendor should provide a complete description of recommended <br /> method of training for the Municipal Court staff and where it will be <br /> conducted. <br /> 9.03 Cost of Training. <br /> ~ <br /> It is the intention that the vendor will be responsible for all initial training of <br /> City staff necessary to oper~te the system. The entire cost of training should <br /> be included as part of the vendor proposals and a maximum amount of <br /> training costs and minimum number of hours will be included in the contract <br /> based upon the training plan provided in the Request for Proposal and the <br /> negotiations between the City and vendor. <br /> 9.04 Staff to be Trained. <br /> The training plan should address thè minimum training needs of all staff listed <br /> below: <br /> A. Municipal Court Staff. <br /> The staff of the Municipal Court will trained in the full operation of <br /> the system. The type of training should include: <br /> 1. AIl functional system capabilities, at the appropriate security <br /> levels. <br /> 2. Ability to operate all tenninals and/or workstation hardware, <br /> including receipt printers and cash drawers. <br /> 3. Ability to load all supplies into equipment which use paper, <br /> RFP 94-00 1 <br /> Page 43 <br />
