Legal Staff. <br /> ~- <br /> The Legal staff of the City will be trained for inquiry purposes and <br /> research infonnation already entered into the database. The type of <br /> training should include: <br /> 1. All functional system capabilities for the purposes of inquiring <br /> into the database. <br /> 2. All functional system capabilities to print reports. <br /> C. System Administrators. <br /> The system administrators will be trained in the security, supervisory, <br /> and system operations necessary to fully operate the Municipal Court <br /> system. The type of training should include: <br /> 1. All functions described in section 9.04.A. <br /> 2. Ability to startup and shutdown the automated system. <br /> 3. Ability to perfonn necessary backup and restore operations of <br /> the databases and the entire system. ~ <br /> 4. Ability to monitor the operation of the system and detect <br /> situations which may require the intervention of hardware or <br /> software specialists. <br /> 5. Ability to properly utilize all security features of the system. <br /> 6. Ability to utilize any utilities necessary for the ongoing <br /> maintenance and functioning of the database. <br /> 9.05 Implementation Schedule. <br /> I <br /> Vendor should prepare along with the training schedule an implementation <br /> schedule for the entire project. The schedule should include: <br /> A. Name and description of each major task. <br /> B. Beginning date and required duration of each task. <br /> C.
