The software prices above INCLUDE <br /> the first year's cost and the Support Program may be renewed annually thereafter <br /> at an estimated charge of 15% of the then-applicable software purchase price (2nd <br /> year annual charge included in estimate shown below). <br /> <br /> The Support Program entitles the User to TOLL-FREE telephone access to the <br /> Company's offices; FREE software updates; registration in periodic User's Group <br /> Meetings; and Documentation. <br /> The annual charge to renew the BADGE Program Support charge, is projected at <br /> $1,500.00 for this BID.
