SERVICES: <br /> A. TECHNICAL TELEPHONE SUPPORT <br /> 8:30 am to 5:00 pm CST Man - Fri (excluding holidays) <br /> B. USER MEETINGS: <br /> Registration and participation in periodic User Group Meetings <br /> hosted by DBI for two (2) representatives of the client. <br /> e. REVISIONS AND CORRECTIONS: <br /> Shall be provided at the discretion of DBI. <br /> D. DBI TRAINING CENTER: <br /> Additional training is available at a 20% discount off the currellt list price. <br /> Ill. DATA CONVERSION: ~ <br /> Any conversion of data because of updates installed by the company is subject to billing for the <br /> Company's time. <br /> W. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: <br /> The intent of this agreement is to provide the Client wilh experienced help. DBI shall not be liable <br /> for special. incidental or consequential damages in connection with the servicing of any software. <br /> including but not limited to. loss of profits or revenue. loss of use of software. or other down-time <br /> costs. In addition. liability with respect to property damages or injury (including death) to persons <br /> arising out of or connected with services per formed under this agreement. is limited strictly to that <br /> imposed by law. and there is no contract imposing any greater degree of liability on DBI. <br /> . <br /> V. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: <br /> This Software Service Agreement contains the entire agreement of DB Information Systems. Inc. and <br /> Client.
