<br /> SECTION 2. Pursuant to the following Section of this <br /> ordinance authorizing the charging of a fee for the issuance of a <br /> permit, the following fee is hereby authorized: <br /> Sec. 29-24, Parade Permit $ lØ.ØØ <br /> SECTION 3. That if any word, phrase, clause, sentence, or <br /> paragraph of this ordinance is held to be unconstitutional or <br /> invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining <br /> provisions of this ordinance sha 11 remain in effect as if the <br /> unconstitutional or invalid portion had not been adopted. <br /> SECTION 4. All ordinances pertaining to traffic regulation <br /> that do not fall under the authority of the traffic engineer as <br /> outlined in this ordinance, and which are in effect on the date <br /> this ordinance becomes effective, shall remain in effect and shall <br /> become part of and be included in the traffic register as provided <br /> herein. All ordinances pertaining to traffic regulations that do <br /> fall under the authority of the traffic engineer, as outlined in <br /> this ordinance and which are in effect on the effective date of <br /> this ordinance shall remain in effect until the traffic register <br /> provided for in this ordinance is brought up to date or 18Ø days, <br /> whichever date occurs first. All other ordinances or parts of <br /> ordinances in conflict herewith, including all of Chapter 4 of the <br /> San Marcos Code of Ordinances, are hereby repealed. <br /> SECTION 5. That any person who violates any provision of <br /> this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon <br /> conviction shall be subj ect to the penalty prescribed in Section <br /> 1-5 of the San Marcos Code of Ordinances. <br /> SECTION 6.
