Identify and assess potential environmental impacts of the proposed <br /> improvements at San Marcos Municipal Airport. <br /> It Is anticipated that the study will satisfy a genuine need in providing the City of San Marcos and other <br /> local officials with information needed for decisions relative to the Mure development of the airport in <br /> context with the economic realities of the local situation. This study will have a secondary benefit to the <br /> City in planning the surrounding area as well. <br /> III. APPROACH <br /> It is anticipated that the work will be accofT1)lished in four phases. <br /> Phase I . Alrpon Requll'8l11ents <br /> Phase II . Alrpon Plans <br /> Phase III . Financial Plan <br /> Phase IV . Muter Plan Documents <br /> The following task descriptions describe the intended approach to satisfy the objectives previously stated. <br /> The study will comply with appUcable criteria, indueling FAA Advisory Circulars. The Environmental Review <br /> will be prepared in general accordance with FAA Order 5050.4A, DOT Order 1050.10, and other applicable <br /> Federal, State and local requirements. <br /> - 2- <br />
