Hopkins 300 Hutchison <br />315 & 116 Westover Baptist 336 Crockett Elem. <br /> 1310 Advance School <br /> 1300 Girard <br />Martindale Baptist Church 446 & 447 Travis Elem. School <br /> Old Post Road <br />Staples civic Center <br /> SECTION 6. That the City Council of the City of San <br />Marcos, Texas shall, on or before April 17, 1992, by resolution <br />duly adopted, appoint presiding judges and alternate judges to <br />serve in this election at the polling places for the respective <br />precincts set forth hereinabove, and it shall be each such judge's <br />duty to hold the election in the respective precincts set forth <br />hereinabove, and any vacancies occurring after the appointment of <br />judges and alternate judges may be filled by subsequent <br />resolution(s) of the City Council. <br /> SECTION 7. That each presiding judge shall appoint not <br />more than two (2) clerks to serve for each precinct in this <br />election. <br /> SECTION 8. That precincts numbered 111, 112, 113, 114, 116, <br />120, 330, 334, 336, 445, 446 and 451 shall be polling places for <br />the joint general and special election of the City of San Marcos, <br />Texas and the San Marcos Consolidated Independent School District. <br /> SECTION 9. That precincts numbered 110, 315, 331, 335, <br />447, 121, Martindale and Staples shall be polling places for the <br />San Marcos Consolidated Independent School District general <br />and special election only. <br /> SECTION 10. That the general and special election shall <br />be conducted jointly with the San Marcos Consolidated Independent <br />School District Board of Trustees Election pursuant to the terms <br />and conditions of a Joint Election Agreement to be entered into <br />between the School District and the City. <br /> SECTION 11. That Janis K. Womack is appointed clerk for <br />absentee voting for the city. <br /> SECTION 12. That Kent Morrison shall be the clerk for <br />absentee voting for the School District. <br />
