<br /> -7- <br /> MEASURE NO. FOURTEEN <br />SHALL SECTION 10.01 OF THE CITY CHARTER BE AMENDED TO READ <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />section 10.01. Division of tax administration. <br />The city council shall provide for the administration <br />and collection of property taxes in accordance with state <br />law. This may be accomplished through interlocal agreement <br />with another taxing unit whose taxing jurisdiction overlaps <br />all or part of the city's taxing jurisdiction. <br /> MEASURE NO. FIFTEEN <br />SHALL SECTION 12.09 OF THE CITY CHARTER BE DELETED? <br /> MEASURE NO. SIXTEEN <br />SHALL SECTION 12.11 AND SUBSECTION (b) OF SECTION 12.12 OF <br />THE CITY CHARTER BE AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS: <br />Sec. 12.11. Amendinq the charter. <br /> <br />Amendments to this charter may be framed and submitted to <br />the voters of the city in the manner provided by State law. <br />Sec. 12.12. Charter review commission. <br />(b) The city council may take action to amend the <br /> charter in the manner provided by State law. <br /> MEASURE NO. SEVENTEEN <br />SHALL THE FIRST SENTENCE OF SECTION 12.12 OF THE CITY <br />CHARTER BE AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS: <br />Sec. 12.12. Charter review commission. <br />The city council shall appoint at its first regular <br />meeting in July of each odd-numbered year, a charter review <br />commission of seven citizens of the City of San Marcos. <br /> MEASURE NO. EIGHTEEN <br />Shall the City Council be authorized to lease the <br />baseball/softball complex in the Ramon Lucio Park to the <br />Greater San Marcos Little League, Inc. for the purpose of <br />conducting baseball and softball games under the Little <br />League's supervision, subj ect to the following terms and <br />conditions: <br />(1) In consideration of the construction and operation <br /> by the League of a baseball/softball complex, <br /> including five fields, concession stand, restrooms, <br /> board room, storage facility, scoreboards, fencing, <br /> lights, dugouts, scorekeeping stands, and bleachers <br /> (the "Complex") at Ramon Lucio Park, City of San <br /> Marcos, Hays County, Texas, City grants a lease of <br /> the complex to the League for baseball/softball <br /> games played under the supervision of the League. <br />(2) The League will have exclusive use of the <br /> concession stand, restrooms, board room and storage <br />
